As you explore the world of Diablo 4, you will often notice the Altars of Lilith scattered across the map. There are a total of 28 Altars and finding each one will grant some interest perks such as renown, permanent health buff and stats increase.
This guide will tell you the location of all 28 Altars of Lilith in the Fractured Peaks area.
All 28 Altars Of Lilith Locations (Fractured Peaks)
Desolate Highlands-Altars of Lilith
The 1st Altar of Liltith can be found in the Desolate Highlands and you will find it as soon as you create your character. Just head over to the above location in the Icehowl Taiga after leaving the starting village and you will find the shrine there.
The 2nd Altar can be found in the Eastern Pass area and you will be able to discover it on the path leading towards Kyovashad. Just head over to the above location and you will find the shrine hidden among the threes
The 3rd Altar is located southwest of Kyoshavad near Father’s Cross. In order to find it, exit the city and then head towards the path shown above to discover this shrine in the corner near the wall.
The 4th Altar can be found in the Desolate Highlands at the location shown above.You will find it at the edge of the main road so you can easily identify it.
Dobrev Taiga-Altars of Lilith
The 5th Altar can be found in the Western Tunnels of the Dobrev Taiga. You will find the shrine highlighted by its red glow in the corner.
The 6th Altar of Lilith is located south of Kyovashad in the Shadow Trail area. You will find this shrine lying in the corner stuck between two large rocks.
The 7th Altar of Lilith can be found near the Southeast Foothills of the Dobrev Taiga.You can easily identify it due to its red bright glow in the dimly lit area.
Frigid Expanse-Altars of Lilith
The 8th Altar of Lilith is located in the Frigid Expanse at the above location. You will find it close to the edge of the mountains near a broken wooden cart.
The 9th Altar of Lilith can be found in a corner at the above location in Frigid Expanse.Once you reach there, you will find the shrine lying in a dark corner.
The 10th Altar can be found at the above location in the Frigid Expanse. Once you reach there, you will find the shrine surrounded by the rocks.
The 11th Altar is located in the bright snow of Shivering Wilds. Here you will find the shrine hidden in the trees close to the wooden cart.
The 12th Altar of Lilith can be found close to the Zeleny Lowlands area. There you will find the shrine covered in snow amongst the trees.
The 13th Altar is located close to a tent found in Shivering Wilds.It is a bit difficult to find since it is hidden behind the trees.
Gale Valley-Altar of Lilith
The 14th Altar can be found in Trekker’s Nook near Gale Valley. You will find the Altar in a corner surrounded by rocks and trees.
The 15th Altar can be found at the above location in Gale’s Valley.However, once you reach there you will need to break down the obstacle blocking the path to access the shrine.
Sarkova Pass-Altars of Lilith
The 16th Altar is located near the Western Ways in the Sarkova Pass area.Here you will find the shrine hidden in the corner close to the edge among the trees.
The 17th Altar can be found in the western side of the Western Ways area.Here you will find the shrine hidden behind a couple of trees.
The 18th Altar is located in the Kor Dragan Stronghold on the northern side of Fractured Peaks. Be careful as you will need to clear the enemies filled with enemies to access the shrine.
The 19th Altar can be found at the above location in Sarkova Pass. Once you reach there you will find the shrine at the end of the road in the Craigs of III Wind.
Seat of the Heavens-Altars of Lilith
The 20th Altar can be found in the Sinner’s Pass area north of the Bear Tribe refuge waypoint.Once you reach there, you will find this shrine near the wall at the edge of the map.
The 21st Altar is located in Serac Rapture at the western edge of Fractured Peaks.You will find the Altar at the edge close to the cliffs
The 22nd Altar can be found in the Fields of Judgement area. Here you will find the shrine lying in the frozen ground near the Seat of the Heavens zone.
The 23rd Altar is located inside the house near the Malnok Stronghold. After you reach there, an event will begin where you need to find the source of the storm.
During this event, you can find this house containing the shrine by taking the first turn on your left.
The Pallid Glade-Altar of Lilith
The 24th Altar can be found in Brinewood area in the Pallid Glade. Here you will find the Altar hidden behind the trees on the southern side of the region.
The 25th Altar is located near the Nostrava Stronghold and you will need to complete the event in order to find the shrine. You need to be careful as the area is filled with overpowered enemies and you will be given a task to enter the home and destroy the effigy inside.
The 26th Altar can be found inside a house in Melnik’s Hill area. Just enter the home on the northern side of Pallid Glade and you will find the shrine there.
The 27th Altar is located at the above location in Pallids Glade. You will find the shrine lying in a corner on the west side of Pallid Glade.
Last but not least is the 28th Altar which can be found at the above location in the Pallid Glade area.Here you will find the shrine hidden behind the trees after you cross some dead enemies lying on the ground.
